Local Associations

All NJ licensed agents must be a member of a local NJ REALTOR® Association within 3 days of joining Springer.

Membership provides access to state and local real estate forms/contracts.
Agents must be a member of a local REALTOR® Association for each state they are licensed.
You can typically join additional associations as a secondary member for a reduced price.
Keep your subscription current to continue with access to the forms, and avoid reinstatement fees for lapsed membership.

MLS - Multiple Listing Services

All agents must be a member of an MLS REALTOR® Association within 3 days of joining Springer.

To join an MLS, you must be a member of a state REALTOR® Association.
Not all MLS memberships include ShowingTime or support electronic lockboxes. Contact the MLS for details.
Keep your subscription current; the MLS will charge a hefty reinstatement fee for a lapsed membership.

Any property listed in Atlantic County, Ocean City, or Upper Township in Cape May County must be added to the South Jersey Shore Regional MLS. This is a mandate imposed by the MLS.

Therefore, agents who list a property in Atlantic County, Ocean City, or Upper Township in Cape May County must belong to the South Jersey Shore Regional MLS.

Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine levied by the MLS to the brokerage, and in turn, the fine will be deducted from the agent’s commission.
